Laughing is the best habit to be happy.
Laughing is the best tonic for mental health.
Friends It’s my personal opinion that people with a laughing face look much better than people
with an angry face.
Do one thing: stand in front of the mirror.
Make an angry face and see how you look in the mirror.
Now make a happy face and see how you look in the mirror.
Choose the good one from the above two options; which face shall I show to the world?
People should not say about you that they know that guy or girl who always has a sad face.
But choose smartly…
It’s a human tendency to laugh at others, but have you tried to laugh at yourself?
It’s tremendous fun!!! Really, I mean it…
Start laughing at yourself.
Start laughing instead of regretting things that happened in the past and going in the present.
This is the best solution to change your sad past tense into happy past tense.
Many of us have done many stupid things or silly mistakes in the past.
If you have not made stupid things in college years or in school years in your life, then you have not explored your life as it should be.
Memorize your past whenever you have made stupid things or silly mistakes; just remember it and start laughing.
If you do not dare to remember it, call your old friends, gather old friends, tell them to remember it, and start laughing at it.
Watch comedy movies.
If not having enough stupid moments,
If anything is not possible, join a laughter club.
