Whenever wakes up in the morning ,don't see mobile screen for time , just open window, see outside the nature. Communicate with the nature and say to ourself "Its a beautiful day today and thanks to nature"

  1. With smile at your face say "good morning" to your family members.

and starts your daily routine.

  1. During lunch break after lunch, take a 5 to 10 minutes walk outside , if finds any people nearby say "hi how are you?" with smile at your face.

  2. Find out hobbies which makes you happy.

  • b. Make your own recipes for this learn recipes.

  • c. recipes including snacks, cakes, sandwiches anything you will like.

  • d. Learn drawing, sketching or painting on paper, Learn making something interesting.

  1. Join gym, yoga , games club for good health.

  2. Get offline friends.

Friends can be anybody from your nearby area Vegetable seller or anybody daily meets

to you at your gym or yoga centre. Meets new peoples .

  1. Attend various seminars or events at the weekend and learn new skills.

Learn your favorite skills as per your interest. Meets new peoples .

Starts new offline business as per your interest.

  1. Reads books.

Join nearby library for reading new books.

After finishing daily work, you can read book for an hour.

  1. Buy things offline instead of online.

Go to the nearby shops for buying anything you would like to have.

Friends whenever we wake up, our daily routine begins with watching mobile screen for time first and then, we get busy to see social apps or messages into mobile screen.

So, first of all buy watch and mount it on the wall to see the time.

Make a habit of be online till will do work.

After finishing work be offline for more creative activities.
